End User License Agreement (EULA)

AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable Extended Access License to access and use the PrepPilot software ("Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This license is granted for the duration of your active access and may be revoked at any time in accordance with these terms.

You may not, and you may not permit any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer access to the Software
• Share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your account credentials
• Use the Software for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation

The Software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire ownership of:

• Source code
• Software architecture
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Any related intellectual property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PrepPilot is a software platform for meal preparation planning and organization — it does not provide medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Individual experiences may vary.
