Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PrepPilot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase access to or use the Service. By using PrepPilot you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Extended Access License to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your active access.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Service, its source code, design, or related intellectual property.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service
• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Service
• Share account credentials with any third party
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features
• Use automated systems to access the Service without prior written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

All intellectual property in the Service — including but not limited to software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PrepPilot is a software platform for meal preparation planning and organization. It does not provide medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
